Anyone know how a gig gets featured?

I was wondering how a gig gets featured? I noticed a few gigs that are featured and are on top of every other gigs for ever. I know Fiverr doesn’t play favorites and is fair with every seller but I wonder what is the conditions/criterias of being featured. Thanks in advance!
