This is actually a rarity for me, usually I’m on the ranting thread as most of you well know but I would like to commend Fiverr Customer Service and esp Natalie for helping me with a problem.
She replied within minutes and fixed the problem just as fast!

I am disappointed nobody has come here to complain about their poor CS experience while detailing behavior that makes it pretty obvious why they had a CS experience.

I am also giving CS a thumbs up, and may kidnap one of them to marry me. He will grow to love me after the initial shock.
