I ordered a Gig... But

Have any of you ever ordered a Gig and had major problems getting the order stated?

I filled the requirement, uploaded a file and clicked the start button but it just roles as if it’s doing something and 3 seconds after, the order still has not started. I tied more than 20 times.

Of course I sent in a ticket to customer support, but today is Sunday and we all have lives and other stuff to do so I’m just here waiting patiently for fiverr to take my money. 😃

I’ve had clients who had this problem at times. I’ve reported it to customer support in the past but the client has always gotten it to start eventually.

You can report it to customer service they will help you resolving the issue. And it is better to do resolution between you. So try doing it.
