Complaints about a seller

Im new to fiverr and did my 1st buy asking for a video compilation. I chose one for $5…kept getting delays and finally he asked for more money ( now up to 15 dollars) as he said it was too much work ( why didnt he know that going in?) Now its past another deadline and no word from him still

I think he is a fraud and thiis company needs to get the money back and take him off the list

what is the recourse here?

You should cancel the sale and you will get a refund. Click on the RESOLUTION CENTER
tab on the top of the order page.

Contact customer support about it also.

Pretty shoddy stuff. My guess is that what you wanted, he couldn’t provide outside of his software pack so he needed the extra $$$ to buy the addon. Or something like that. Do what @misscrystal said. Don’t mention the seller’s name. It violates Fiverr’s forum rules.
