Fake Fiverr accounts

I’ve just realized a lot of people create fake accounts just to give themselves outstanding reviews. How can you allow that to happen, since as a new member, the reviews are the only thing that would make use the gig or not?

Either remove inactive accounts, or give them a visible rating, so I know if a reviewer is a real person that’s really been using this site, or just a fake account that’s been created by giggers to give themselves good review
