Using a newbie means taking a chance - simple as that. Sometimes it pays off well, other times you get rubbish by someone who wants a quick couple of bucks. To take this chance, newbies need to be smart and give an incentive to buyers. Why would I take a chance on you when there are Top Rated Sellers who offer the same at the same price? Expecting buyers to give orders to newbies “out of the goodness of their heart” is unrealistic and unreasonable.

I have used newbies who are now level one and two sellers and I use them regularly. Others have not been as good, two of the sellers who failed to deliver on time were new sellers…

BRAVO, I wish all Buyers were like you :)…you wont believe how many Buyers want to $5 for a svc that easily costs at least 3 times as much. Unfortunately, there are sellers (probably not in the US) who will do wrk for $1 an hour.

Im sure the quality shows.
