Denied with third party copyright violation reason

This is funny story about my gigs, denied because third party copyright violation. When i am asking proof of copyright violation they cant answer with image source. Sure i can create new gigs but if they report my gigs again, then suspend. Again and again …
Why fiverr not asking about proof of copyright violation ?

note: all image are belong to my team, create from scratch using AI and Photoshop.
