Can't reach the customer support

I am trying to accessing http://support.fiverr.com/hc/en-us , I also tried http://support.fiverr.com but it’s not opening the page.



Does the customer support have an email adress I can send email to ? I made a payment for a gig several hours ago and it’s still showing not paid.

hello you need to contact customer support. may be some time server issue. but fiverr support opening now…
