This is the thing i hate the most and it should not be like this, like if a client makes an order by mistake or he does not understands the gig and then asks to cancel, that’s not my fault, why should i accept that my rating goes down because a client made a mistake, and i loose my level, like how the f is this logicall ?

  3. I guess promoting your gigs and profile can be the solution social media, paid ads if possible, be active in the forum to get more visits to your profile… good luck

I don’t know if anybody suggested this before or if it’s already there, but why don’t fiverr make number of times the buyer can ask for a revision is limited by the number that the seller sets on his gig, i mean if i set revisions for that package as 3, the buyer can ask for modification 3 times, after that he can’t click the ask for modification button but still has an option that says " i think the seller made a mistake" so that if he thinks the seller made a mistake he can ask for it because it’s the sellers fault just saying 😁

I guess it’s because of the new way they calculate cancellation rate, before they only calculated the orders cancelled by fiverr or violation, now they calculate everything so order cancellation dropped a lot and the sales dropped, when i contacted them they said no it will not affect your sales but it did, i used to get sales daily and when they did that sales dropped big time, i don’t llike this at all…

  9. This is a story of what happened with me days ago. I got an order about a video intro, i do the same intro for all buyers, if a buyer likes it i can do it using his logo, so the project for the intro is saved i can’t change anything i just place the logo and the intro is rendered. after deliverring, te buyer tried getting a free intro and his money back, he requested chanegs but didn’t ask for any changes, he just said i don’t like it. i said you have to explain to me wht you need changed sir so that i can help you, he didn he said i did a bad job and that it doesn’t look like the sample video and asked me to give him his money back. i was cool about it, i went for support explined the situation and that the buyers is unreasonable because the gig is te same fo everybody. So miss n**** from support, without even thinking or investigating the problem, she cancelled the order and replied to me saying : thank you for contacting us, i cancelled te order for you 🙂 i said are you kidding me and explained it, when she realised that she made a mistake, she said : we cancelled the order because we got a complaint from the buyer about it and we demand from sellers to be professional in their work, which shows tha she again never cared to understand the problem and called me unproffesional. i replied saying : so if i make an order now and buy from someone and then after he delivers i complain to you and say that i don’ like it, you will give me my money back and i can download the delivered file ? this is when another agent (male) interfered and i found a $8 added to my balance and sorry message from the new agent. So the buyer got a free work and his money back, i got $8 added to my balance and a sorry message and ai demanded miss n***** for an apology but she didn’t, instead another female agent apologized for her. Tat’s the story, first time happens to me, did it happen to anybody else ? *Sorry for the horrible english 😁

I’ve been doing good lately and getting orders, untill, when i delivered an order 2 minutes late, yes just 2 minutes late, it wasn’t even my fault, the buyer attached the wrong logo and at the last minutes he sent it asking me to use it instead, so i ended up delivering 2 minutes late. what happened next is that the next day my delivered on time rate dropped from 100% to 93% and the traffic to my gigs and orders dropped big time, after that i delivered 5 orders very quick all on time, but the delivered on time kept on dropping and my account is having the worst traffic since i started. So never, ever, ever deliver an order that’s already marked late, cancel it or ask for extending it, but don’t deliver it late, that’s my tip
