steveeyes Posted July 12, 2015 Share Posted July 12, 2015 I tell my buyers that they should get a notification from fiverr if they have a message but it is not alwasy reliable and they should log in at least twice a day and check their messages.I’m sure the same is true for sellers. orcatek Posted July 12, 2015 Share Posted July 12, 2015 I also use the phone app. Usually if one fails the other works. So if I don’t get an email, the app notifies me.
