I lost my customer because I didn't get notified

So, I’ve seen it before. I got an email tellign me I’ve got a new order. Now nthing and I lost my customer 😦

That sound frustrating. Just routinely check your fiverr account atleast twice a day. Good luck!

I had that happen when I had a certain free email that starts with a Y. So it might be the fault of your email service.

I used to check my fiverr account 3 time in an hour. only when i am not able to check when i am sleep. otherthen when i woke up first thing i do in my mobile and see fiverr app. 😃

I tell my buyers that they should get a notification from fiverr if they have a message but it is not alwasy reliable and they should log in at least twice a day and check their messages.



I’m sure the same is true for sellers.

I also use the phone app. Usually if one fails the other works. So if I don’t get an email, the app notifies me. Sometimes that email comes and the app hasn’t notified me. Between the two, it seems to work well.
