Sells Stopped after "Vacation Mode"

Last month activated Vacation Mode for three days. After three days deactivated but sells gone. didnt get any order in last 20 days where get 3-10 orders/day normally. Anyone can suggest?

Hi, have you checked to see if your gigs are showing up in the search listings?



What is your impression rate? If your gigs don’t show up anywhere on the site contact customer service.

Assuming everything is as it should be, you can always try updating your preview videos. I found myself in a short dry spell, but after I updated all my videos, the impressions got a huge boost, so I think Fiverr must incorporate “freshness” in its search rankings. But still, it’s worth contacting customer support to make sure everything’s spot-on at their end of the line.

I had the exact same thing happen to me. My gigs completely disappeared from the search results and all sales dried up.



I had to contact support and they fixed it in about 48 hours… however my level of traffic has yet to really ever match what I was doing before that.



Personally, I don’t think I’ll use the vacation mode again.



But see if you can find your gigs in the search results first… if not, I would ask support.

I think I had the same problem after I went to the Vacation Mode last month. Maybe it’s better to suspend gigs, I’m not sure it might be even worst.

Thanks for your suggestions. My gigs still showing on search result but impression rate decreased.

Oh wow Im sorry to hear, I hope you get your sales soon again. I have suspended a gig for a while do you think that will affect me as well when I am ready to offer that service again soon?

Next time just extend your gig time frame 🙂
