Inquiry - Directing voice over

I wanted to ask for some help. I’m looking for a voice over actress for a visual poetry piece that requires direction to be given while recording the piece. I wanted to ask if it’s possible to use fiverr to find local talent in NYC willing to come to the recoding studio for a flat fee.



Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
