Why I can't veiw messages in my inbox?

i joined fiverr recently & I created 2 gigs now. There are messages in my inbox. but i can’t view them & display a message “For privacy reasons, this user may not be contacted directly”. Plz tell me how i solve this…

That means that whoever tried to contact you also broke some Fiverr rules. They were most likely scammers, and Fiverr is protecting you from them. 🙂

You should contact Fiverr Support to ask and resolve your problem
