my , level 1 batch is missing, i was just going to be a level 2 but , today i can’t find my gigs at high rating places then i saw that except level 2 , my level 1 batch is also removed from my profile , help help help!!!

With your 99% rating, this looks like a bug. Contact Customer Support, you might have to wait a bit for them to reply, but they’re usually very helpful.

i completed 48 sales with 99% rating:( i was just going to be a level 2 , but , fiverr also took my level 1 batch 😦

Have you read my post? It looks like a bug, and if that’s the case, only Customer Support can help you. They don’t read the forum, you need to submit a ticket to them and tell them about your problem.
