Account Flagged with no Reason

It is almost an year working with Fiverr and I am a level 2 seller now (Should be). My account was flagged a month ago and everything went off. Even the promoted gigs. There is no open reason why it was flagged as I have not broken any rules/policies. I am frustrated.
