My account is flagged for being connected to another account that was disabled due to violating our policies?

Hello,

 

Yesterday evening when i open fiverr a red message was on top of my profile says "your account  was flagged for sever violation asa a result you are not eligible to participate in level system"

And when i message a fiverr they say i connected to disabled account originally i have not.

Does anyone went through this situation and what i need to do now.

 

I was waiting for CS reply.

 

Please guide if anyone knows the answer

It could be a mistake, but they rarely change their decision.

They found that the disabled profile is made from the same id/device/similar email/with similar profile pic.

It might be a profile you created years ago and abandonded.

We faced the same issue five days ago, and it ended up being a False Positive flag from Fiverr's system. They removed the flag from the account a couple of hours after we reached out to the CS, and it was restored to normal in 24 hours.

We just reached out to CS and asked them to look into the issue and they fixed it after reviewing it with the internal team.

Ok i got a update from fiverr..Which is very disappointing.

I need a justice for this.
