How to Improve and Update Fiverr Success Score

After completing two orders, my Fiverr success score was 9, but it suddenly dropped to 4. Despite completing more than 8 additional orders, my score hasn't increased. Can anyone advise on how to improve my success score and how long it typically takes for the score to update? Thanks!

At the moment no one knows a trick to increase the success score.

Unfortunately in the same boat....it just won't move up from 4 and I've successfully completed a number of orders....   For me it claims my negative impact if effective communication which is interesting since i communicate thoroughly with clients especially foreign one...

It's VERY frustrating and Fiverr has done zero to help when I've reached out.
