Account flagged on dashboard

Hi there, i was unactive on fiver for last few year no i turned back on made some new gigs, i didn''t checked the dashboard, but once i looked at it few days agao it says my account is flagged, i tried to reach the support and they said , my level system is permanently disabled due to inconsistence location, well i never be on any other location , so my question is as my level system is permanently disabled, there is no way to fix that?, if not then i can't even get a order because my gigs are live but no impressions or clicks as i think that is the issue, i got one order only. looking forward to the answers. to get this fix or anything, because right now my account is active but on level system where it shows your success score , there is clearly writted account flagged , chk the attached screenshot as well
