The time is passing and the client has not shared his requirements after placing the order.

Hi everyone, 

A client directly placed an order two days ago. However, he has not shared even a single thing that what to do and what not. I am kept on messaging him, but he has not shared a single thing till now. Conversely, I have done some work pre-emptively as per per my own intuition. I have aslo initiated a dispute to increase the delivery time but no reply. Almost 4 hrs are left for the delivery. What should I do? Will it impact my profile and score? If you have experienced something similar to this, do let me know. I am very confused at the moment.

Your delivery request will get 'auto approved' if he has not responded. 

Have patience. 

But how did the order start without requirement submission??

Good point! A buyer once purchased my gig without contacting me but the delivery timer did not start until he sent me the requirements.
