Fiverr Put Restriction on My Seller Account

Question

Yesterday, I received G Mail from Fiverr and Fiverr put the restriction of my account saying Your Account is Under Review because According to Fiverr, I conducted business outside the platform (But to be honest, I didn't),

Now what's the next scene. 

Will they un-restrict me after sometime????

If you did not conducted business outside Fiverr, then there should be nothing to worry about.

Tips on how to prevent this:

 

if a client asks for it, clearly state that you are NOT ALLOWED to contact or receive payments outside of Fiverr, that it will result in A BAN on the platform and that you are NOT WILLING to take that risk, and ONLY operate trough the Fiverr platform.

It's all automated, so if the system recognized something, it can be put in restriction, that means a real person will have to take a look at what happend. You will have to wait. I'm not sure if you can appeal to it if they decide to ban you, but you could ask what resulted in being flagged by the system.
