Completed an order but fiverr says I earned $0

I completed an order on time, submitted a day before my due date. The client was happy and even left me a tip but on completing the order, I was greeted with "You earned $0 for this order" Great Job Marie

Please why so? I had sleepless nights trying to finish this to make my client happy, I should be paid.

 

Please help me sort this out.

This seems to be a bug; I've heard other freelancers mentioning it as well.
