I am unable to add payout method

I created my account on fiver in 2019 and completed almost 20 orders so far. Few month before, I deleted my payout method because I was no more using it. In June, I received an order and completed it successfully. Since my amount has been cleared but still I am unable to add my payout method. When I am trying to add it giving attached error. Happy helping!
