Fiverr Customer Support team won't contact you via chat and ask for any info, since you can enter your withdrawal details on your own at any point (through your profile, not an external link). It looks like a Scam. If you have got an order then check the Dashboard. Is your active order there? I guess no because it's a scam. Report that buyer immediately and stop chatting with that person also via Live Chat option.
