Did you send them your scaned ID and provide online video call?

Honestly this makes me think about skipping the Professions feature entirely. Why would I have to worry about the system randomly failing my verification process, and why do I need to be verified agai

Hi Sunny, The same thing happened to me. When I reached support they told me to add GST no. I don't have GST no, I work from my home. That was very disappointing for me.
