I had 100 response rate, Suddenly I check and I see the response rate 0 Why??

It's not saying 0, it's saying "-".

It could happen if your last response was outside the window it uses (the last 90 days according to the seller levels page, but 60 days according to Fiverr's help page. the 90 days one is probably the right one).

Though it does show an average response time for your account which is probably based on a similar number of days. You could check with CS if you think it's incorrect.
