Fiver user names

Question: Ive been hearing about alot of people getting deleted for giving out “external links” on fiver, but what if your fiverr name is the same as the name of your external website just with a www. in front of it? is fiverr going to punish you for that? my opinion of that is that so long as you never TELL anybody or direct them to your page theres no reason fiverr should punish you for that…

If someone searches your name and find you, it has nothing to do with Fiverr. You are allowed to trade outside of Fiverr. You are not allowed to direct trade AWAY from Fiverr when contact was first made here. You can’t, for example, tell a Fiverr client to “Just google my name for my other site” or tell them to business with you outside of Fiverr if your contact with them was here.



There’s no reason you should “get in trouble” for having a username shared with other usernames or websites as long as they are not or pertaining to a URL.
