Unable to create gig

Hi, I am level 1 seller. I have only active 4 gigs and drafts 2 gigs. as I have 10 max gig limits but I am unable to create new gig. I don't know why. can someone please share experience.

When you attain a new level, it's essential to note that 10 is the milestone to aim for.
