Unable to send Message

When replying to one of the clients on Fiverr, Why am I facing the problem of "couldn't send your message" . Attached is the screenshot for the same.

Have you tried to click on "Try Again" ?

Yes I did multiple times but showing me the same result.

Are you trying to get them to contact you outside of Fiverr? That's strictly forbidden.

Remove the calendly link and then try it. Also, the statement that starts from "Let's connect over.... link": Remove it.

Discuss your project with the buyer via Zoom feature only which is accessible via Order Page.

Oh i didnt knew. I will make sure this doesn't repeat. but it is still showing the same error:

There is one possibility then. Could you please check that is your buyer's account still active on Fiverr?

I think it is.

May be that buyer has blocked you. Let it go..

maybe fiverr restricted the client.
