My recent buyer gave me a tip of $20 CAN if we convert in USD it will be about $13/14USD but the amount would be in total almost $25 or above after Fiverr chargers but it is showing that only $23.89. Why it happened?
Why did Fiverr take my 40% tip from my order usually fiverr takes 20% but this doesn't work for me & charges me 40% from my recent order.

The order amount was USD 20 (United States Dollars and not Canadian).

- Your order amount was $20 and you received $16 (after 20% Fiverr tax)
- Your Tip amount was $9.86 and you received $7.89 (after 20% Fiverr tax)

Everything looks as it should be!

@rawque_gulia $20USD is my order value. After my order client gave me $20CANADIAN as tip. If I convert $20CANADIAN it will be $14/15USD. 20% Fiverr charge it would be $11USA+. So, why it is $9.86 & after chager $7.89?

I am not sure what you're talking about. In the screenshot you attached, the tip amount is written as "$9.86 (American dollars)". $20 was the value of your order, not the tip amount.

Don't know why the buyer told you that (maybe a lie, or maybe left a wrong tip by mistake), but the actual tip is $9.86.

P.S.: Do not try to contact the client to ask for more tip and counter him, as you may receive a warning on your account for that. Just move on and focus on your future orders.
