I have been getting 4-star review.

how do change the review? Please anyone can help me ? 4-star review affect my account?

Do not attempt to do anything. This is considered manipulation. It is against the ToS and can bag you a warning.

If you think that this review is so hurtful to your business, do not work with that client again.

Cut your losses and move on.
