Account Flagged

My Account is flagged and when I contact Fiverr support they tell me that my account is flagged due to being connected with another account but I don't have another account. can anyone please tell me if I can still get new orders hhow can i remove it.rs or messages from new buyers through gigs from search results?

Did you use someone's laptop or any device to use your Fiverr account? Or use someone's internet connection on which Fiverr account is already being used?
