Level Score!!!

As a new seller I completed a couple of work with 5 star review. But My score is still in 5. Whats the reason behind this? why its nor improving?

It's can happened due to Private Review, Delivery Data Extension, Late Delivery etc. Even for effective communication can be responsible for it.
