Client always give 4 stars. But he is happy with my work.

One of my clients rated me always 4 stars but he is happy with my work. How can i manage him for 5 stars?

Make good communication with clients. Ask clients before submitting orders if they need any improvements and give some extra value to clients this will make clients happy.

Before submit your final work make sure your clients are happy. Ask him for any think he want to say or his expectations
