Does being active increase Gig rank?

I try to be active for a minimum of 15 hours, but the impressions suddenly increase a lot, and then they drop to the bottom. Do you have any suggestions?

Yes. Do not try to become a Robot that can stay wide awake for more than 15 hours. 

Secondly, staying active all the time won't help you with anything else such as orders, increase in impressions or clicks etc. 

Just get online whenever you have something to do on Fiverr like deliver orders, respond to the inquiries, gig updates etc.
