Does Level 2 sellers get more engagements and orders than new sellers

This is my first time creating a topic with looking for some answers based on professional experience of sellers in Fiverr. i am a comic book artist and a children book designer who is working related to editorial projects based in Italy and working in Fiverr as a freelancer other than my initial job. i had been managing a 100% order completion rate and been promoted to a level 2 seller as well with achieving over 70+ feedback without a single bad review. but regarding one client who had been requested for many multiple revisions and been late to deliver on time, it had affected my on-time delivery rating and since then i haven't received an order so i have been demoted to Level 1 and now a New seller status... can i know your professional advice how to improve my account and in the recent days Fiverr had buyer requests category which i could send proposals and try to win some clients but after that option no longer available and introduced a new system i haven't been able to get the engagements and clicks or much orders so i could maintain my seller levels and provide the quality service i always provide. i have attached my recent performance analytic in the attachment achieved within 3 years on Fiverr. Level do impacts impressions and ranking

Specially new rating system offer more features according to level

 

I suggest lowering rate, something is better than nothing

by new orders, you can correct statistics. Specially on time delivery.

 

I usually request time extension before delivering

(If buyer agrees, fiverr won't have issue either. Thus on-time delivery won't impact)

Yes, fiverr will be promoting their gigs and account, more than new seller

I used to get more orders when I was level 1 seller, Since I become level 2 seller my gig basically get 100 impression per day
