My withdraw option is disabled for at least a week (screenshot attached).

I dont know why it happened. I didn't get any notification or mail regarding this. I opened a ticket on customer support request a week ago, they said they forwarded my issue to relevant team. And no response since then.

Can anyone tell me why does this happen and usually how long it takes for support to resolve these issues?

I just checked and your ticket is open and the relevant team is reviewing your query. 

No, our Customer Support does not need this much time to reply, but we are experiencing a surge in inquiries and that is the reason for the delayed reply. 

We truly appreciate your understanding and patience.

Hey, Did they reslove your issue? because my issue is similar to this but the transaction failed. I contacted Fiverr support, and they acknowledged the issue, stating that it was a failure on their end. I was informed that my inquiry was forwarded to the relevant team for further review, but it's been more than 5 days, and I haven't received any updates yet.

did your issue resolved..? I have also faced a similar kind of issue.
