I'm reaching out because I recently encountered an issue with a withdrawal transaction from my Fiverr account. On March 17th, I attempted to withdraw payment to my account, but the transaction failed. I contacted Fiverr support, and they acknowledged the issue, stating that it was a failure on their end.
I was informed that my inquiry was forwarded to the relevant team for further review, but it's been more than 5 days, and I haven't received any updates yet. As this is an urgent matter and the error occurred due to Fiverr's system, I'm eager to know when this issue will be resolved and how long it might take.
