I have been active on fiverr about 1 month ago and completed more than 15 sales, but still not been granted level 1!! Check out the picture attached and please see what’s going wrong!!! thanks.

It’s your rating. You are at 97%, which is a little low here for Fiverr. (I know that sounds ridiculous, but it is what it is.) An “excellent” rating is considered 99-100%. That’s what is holding you back.

Ok, thanks for the clarification bro!! can I get level 1 when my rating becomes 99 or 100% though it’s more than 1 month!!

Other than the detailed - you said ‘about’ one month, but has it been 30 days? You might just have to wait until tomorrow. :D/
