Messages "...can not longer be contacted. This wont effect your response rate"

Hey, I am new here and just made a deal with someone but suddenly the message from Fiver popped up and I can no longer write the customer. Is this normal?

They either got banned from Fiverr, deleted their account or blocked you.

Any type of messaging activity that is unwanted, repeatedly occurring, and disruptive to the recipient’s experience is considered a "spam message" on Fiverr.

For example, unwanted offers to commercially-motivated solicitations that aim to drive traffic or attention to websites, products, and services outside of Fiverr.

Yeah it's normal, some suspicious and irrelevant messages Fiverr treat as Spam Message.

If fiverr catches suspicious talk then blocks Yes, it's normal.

If your account is active yet and you are unable to text only the specific buyer, then it might be blocked or suspend the buyer account. But you should focus on the Fiverr text rules when writing anything in the inbox.

Correct. Don't use unwanted words. Talk with clients very precise according to the work

Because of some violation of rules of Fiverr. May be Fiverr blocked you.
