stop fiverr from stealing

fiverr is repeatedly stealing from my card

they took money from my card when it was removed from their site

please tell me how i am supposed to stop this

i asked them to stop and they keep stealing money from my card

Who was "them"? Are you sure you were interacting with the real customer support?

Fiverr never asks for your personal information (including credit card information). There's a scam going around where scammers message sellers in their inbox and ask for credit card information. Did someone pretending to be customer support message you?

Fiverr can't do that, there is a mixed up somewhere. You should check very well if you are truly exchanging text with the actual support team.

Fiverr will never demand for your details including the one for payment and personal information. You should report those who message you asking for your information. There are a lot of spammer messaging people, it's becoming much. Fiverr can never text you for your information

You should revert to the support team!
