Who is responsible for indicating that the order has been completed? The seller or the buyer?

Excuse me. I satisfied a customer the same day but he did not mark my order as completed. Now Fiverr is convinced that i didn't deliver the order and reports it to me as "late". But who is to say that the order is completed, the seller or the buyer? And, if it is the seller, what should he do? I don't see the button, thanks.

Sì, ma Fiverr mi ha scritto che verrò penalizzato per il ritardo. Allora chi ha il compito di indicare che il lavoro è finito? E se è lui il venditore, cosa dovrebbe fare? Non riesco a trovare informazioni da nessuna parte...

 

P.S .Sorry, I just found a blue "Job Delivered" button. My goodness, it was super-hidden! You can't see it from the "orders" menu. I clicked it... let's hope for the best. Thank you all the same.

Always use the "deliver" button on the order page or the countdown won't stop ⏳
