Yes it is. Don't worry. Let them use it. Sooner or later, they will bear its consequences i.e. account suspension.

I don't think it's against the rules to stay online, but you should definitely avoid any unusual additional softwares that contributes something external to the platform. Fiverr is a good place for people who really want to make something out if their business and if you are really burn for your customers, you will be truly online all the time 👍🏻
