Hey, Can i offer 2 different types services such as Quantity surveying related tasks and services related to web development and SRS documentation from the smae fiverr acount, but from 2 different gigs, is it allowed in Fiverr, Can some explain me this?

It's allowed and always better to create different gigs for different services than to put several skills into one. 

Please use only one account, opening another one is not allowed.

As a new seller, you are able to create up to seven different gigs under the same seller profile. The type of gigs you offer is only limited by your skill set.
