It sounds fishy because as far as I know, Fiverr doesn't have any EU subsidiary. So it might be a scam site posing as Fiverr. Ideally, you want to do a chargeback if possible. Fiverr support might also help, but they could say it's not Fiverr who charged you, which might very well be the case.
