Just had a worst expirience!!!!

I've been selling on Fiverr for 3 years and am on 2nd level right now. HEADING TO TOP RATED BUT!!!!!

literally, I don't have any clue. Someone got into my account, I didn't even get a notification. He switched to buyer, created an order of the amount available in my earned balance for a seller, delivered the order and it got accepted. It did happen in just a minute right in front of me. I tried to cancel the order and messaged the seller to stop, but he didn't care and I think he was the same person who got into my account.

Now my available balance is washed, I have contacted the support center. LET'S SEE WHAT HAPPENS. STAY TUNED.

by the way,, what are your thoughts on this??

Go to customer support and tell them your account was hacked. And you didn't place the order. They should cancel it. Anyway, customer support is the only one that can help here.

As suggested by @donnovan86 Fiverr support is only option 

Whenever you try to log in from a different device, Fiverr sends a verification code to either your mobile number or email address. Make sure the other person doesn't have access to your email address.
