I've been selling on Fiverr for 3 years and am on 2nd level right now. HEADING TO TOP RATED BUT!!!!! literally, I don't have any clue. Someone got into my account, I didn't even get a notification. He switched to buyer, created an order of the amount available in my earned balance for a seller, delivered the order and it got accepted. It did happen in just a minute right in front of me. I tried to cancel the order and messaged the seller to stop, but he didn't care and I think he was the same person who got into my account. Now my available balance is washed, I have contacted the support center. LET'S SEE WHAT HAPPENS. STAY TUNED. by the way,, what are your thoughts on this?? THANKS

Recently, Fiverr unlocked "Highlight your top clients" feature for me. It's an impressive achievement to boost sales and trust, but I'm bit confused. I'v worked for one of my clients whose parent company is in Fiverr's eligible list, not with the one I worked on directly. Can I add their parent organization instead? I just got promoted level 2. This journey has been exciting and upsetting as well, but there is a thing Fiverr never disappoints you if you keep doing your best. I was close to the level 2 and was trying hard to each at it, but sadly I got stopped, My question is what steps I should follow now or what best practices I can do to get my level 1 back and maintain profile? Hello, I hope everyone is doing well. I don't know what happened either I didn't make any changes to any gig. I was getting impressions, clicks and conversions as well. But, on 19 Dec Impressions graph collapsed to almost zero and now everything is flat. Please suggest me what best practices I can do to regain and what possibly could be for this worst scenario so I try not to repeat. Thank you.
