Is the Fiverr tax residency certificate publicly available?

Hi all. I couldn’t find it on Google, I need a certificate from fiverr that they are tax residents of Israel. For example, Google and Facebook make such documents publicly available.

Thanks. As I understand it, Fiverr is a company registered in Israel, and there must be a certificate from the Israeli tax authorities. This paper does not indicate the tax residence of the company.
