How to get my funds Fiverr to Payoneer?

Hello everyone, 

I am Iftekhar Hasnain. I am a seller on Fiverr. I face a problem with withdrawing funds. When I withdraw funds from Fiveer to Payoneer then It's a direct deposit into my bank account. The problem is my bank. When I was under 18 then I opened a joint account with my mom. Now I am 18+ and I have opened a new my own account. Already I have added my own account on Payoneer. It shows is active account. But the problem is when I transfer funds from Fiverr to Payoneer Its deposit is directed my Old account. I went to Payoneer customer care several times. They told me to remove the old account and add a new one. But I have tried several times it is not deleted. 

Please, give me advice. How to get my money on Payoneer?
