Required actions for this gig?

I keep getting a notification that I have required actions for this gig. I click on it and hit "Update packages to meet category standards" and it takes me to the homepage with a red notification in the top saying 

This page is available only to approved Fiverr sellers.

But my seller profile should be approved because I've completed an order before. But I'm so confused what the required action is?

This is strange. I see that you delivered something 28days ago. And you have an active gig. I would suggest you to contact the CS about it.
