Some buyers place orders without informing me, and I understand that it's a Fiverr rule, and there's no need for them to inform the seller. However, many buyers come with different requirements that aren't feasible within their budget. In such cases, I contact customer support, and they help me cancel the order and update the order completion rate. Is this the standard procedure? I'm concerned about whether an increasing number of cancellations will have a negative impact on my account ? What is the best way for buyers to contact the seller before placing an order?
